Okay, bananas are a little high on the calories, but they are infinitely preferable to loading up with cookies or candy bars. Plus, fresh fruit provides your daily needs for dietary fiber, which keeps your colon in good health and boosts your metabolism, so you burn more calories and have more energy!
Tip Three
De-stress yourself, by drinking some green tea or other herbal teas in place of coffee. The reduction in caffeine means you reduce your stress levels which is important to weight loss because it has been proven that stress causes your metabolism to go awry, your digestion gets less efficient and you store more body fat, So get rid of stress and you get rid of some of the fat you were storing. Hey, presto… less weight to have to lose!
