Dude, if you're doing all that and still not losing any weight, then you probably should drop back in every now and again as I get time to write up my posts.

The quick answer in a nutshell: If calories in are less than calories out, then you lose weight in the long term. In the short term, if you're doing weights at the gym, your building muscle which weighs more than fat by volume. Your metabolism will do what you want it to do in time, but you'll look better for sure.

I have been trying to get slimmer for a long time already, and honestly I don't know what I am doing wrong here. I want to lose some weight but even though I have restricted myself of all sugar, and almost all carbs - except for those that come from tomatos and other vegetables; I eat a whole lot of those - I still am not dropping any pounds. You have any quick tips on how to start lsoign weight again? I hit the gym very hard five times a week and I am not losing any weight. Am I building muscle or what? Give me some of your best weight loss tips dude!
